Bethany is a Doctor of Psychology (Clinical Psychology) experienced with clients in both public and private practice environments.
Bethany is a Member of the ‘Australian Psychological Society (APS)’ and is ‘Secretary’ of the ‘APS College of Clinical Psychologists’ (Tasmania).
Bethany offers a range of clinical services in an individual or couples setting and treats psychological issues including anxiety and depression and
has a particular interest working with trauma/PTSD, grief and loss, sexual disorders/dysfunction, or relationship troubles.
Bethany uses a range of evidence-based approaches including:
- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
- Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing
- Schema Therapy
- Dialectical Behaviour Therapy
- Psychosexual Therapy
