Pronouns- She/Her

Sha is experienced in working with people across the life span in multicultural contexts, from school-aged kids (having worked in primary and secondary schools) to the elderly. She has worked in youth mental health (for 12 to 25-year-olds), in aged care settings, and as an online counsellor, and has extensive experience in First Nations contexts. Sha has also worked for NDIS with people living with different abilities, including neurodivergent children and adults, and is experienced in the Workcover context. She is experienced working within the LGBTQIPA+ Community and is competent in psychological and/or neurodivergent testing. Sha has worked in community settings, in private practice and in online telehealth contexts, and has been with PSYCH2U for three years.

“People come to therapy for all kinds of reasons. I understand what a big step it can be to make that first call for support. I offer a compassionate, safe place to explore what may be going on for people. I work collaboratively with each person and their support team (if necessary) to understand and manage each situation, aiming for a better quality of life and a greater level of joy. I consider it an honour to be with people in this way. I am a mother and grandmother and bring the rich experience of that to my psychology practice.”
