Booking process

If you are in immediate distress, please reach out to emergency services by dialling 000 or contact Lifeline at 13 11 14 for confidential support.

1. Referral

Your GP or Specialist sends us your referral via email or fax.

2. Booking

We’ll confirm we’ve received your referral and let you know the current wait time for your service. We will send you an SMS with a booking link to select a convenient appointment time.

3. Payment

A deposit is required at booking, with the balance due 7 days before your appointment. Payment links are sent via SMS.

4. Confirmation

After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with appointment details and a video link for your consultation.

5. Forms

You may be asked to complete questionnaires or provide collateral information prior to your appointment. These will be sent to you via email after booking.
