We’ve partnered with HCF to help give eligible members* faster, easier access to registered psychologists through the HealthyMinds Check-in.

Free Mental Wellbeing Check-In

As part of their commitment to showing a level of care that’s uncommon, HCF have expanded their mental health offering to include a free HealthyMinds Check-in for eligible members*.

The HealthyMinds Check-in is a telehealth consultation with one of our PSYCH2U psychologists, who’ll help you identify your concerns and assist you with the appropriate support tailored to your needs.

Eligible HCF members can access a HealthyMinds Check-in when it suits them, with appointments available Monday to Friday, from 7am to 10pm AEDT.

To book, please complete the form below. Once submitted, our admin team will be in touch to arrange a booking. Alternatively, you can call us at 1300 472 886 and press #3 for HCF members, or use the chat function.

Adolescent Mental Health Support
Mental health challenges often begin in adolescence, a critical time of development. Early intervention can make a lasting impact, helping young people build resilience, develop coping strategies, and address emerging issues before they become more serious.

Our team of psychologists are specifically trained in adolescent mental health and understand the unique needs of young people, tailoring therapy and strategies to individual concerns.

Through our partnership with HCF, we’re providing eligible* members, with easy access to registered psychologists for vital mental health support.

* Eligibility: 1 HealthyMinds Check-in available per member per calendar year. Service is available free to all members with hospital cover. Excludes extras only cover, Ambulance Only, Accident Only Basic and Overseas Visitors Health Cover. Eligible members under 18 years old may need to have a parent or guardian present.
