Dr Adem Can is a Consultant Psychiatrist with experience working across telehealth and private mental health settings, including PSYCH2U, DOCTO and Thompson Brain & Mind Healthcare. He has a patient-centred approach and uses a biopsychosocial model when assessing and supporting patients.


His areas of interest include:

  • Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) – his primary area of interest for PSYCH2U bookings

Dr Can sees patients aged 18 years to 65 for:

  • ADHD assessment and management
  • Mood and anxiety presentations, only where secondary or stable

Dr Can does not see:

  • ASD, schizophrenia or other primary psychiatric presentations, unless pre-approved

Dr Ajoy “Charles” Estibeiro is a senior consultant psychiatrist with more than 32 years of specialist experience in adult psychiatry. He is a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists and has extensive experience across inpatient, outpatient, emergency, community, consultation-liaison and telepsychiatry settings. His career has included senior clinical roles in both Australia and India, as well as experience in clinical leadership, medical education, supervision and research. Dr Estibeiro has also established specialist services supporting Indigenous patients and people with intellectual disability.


His areas of interest include:

  • ADHD
  • PTSD

Dr Estibeiro sees patients aged 18 to 60 years, treating:

  • Psychiatric assessment, diagnosis and management, including for patients with intellectual disability

Dr Estibeiro does not see:

  • Patients under 18 or over 60
  • Patients seeking psychiatric input related to gender transition
  • Eating disorders
  • Clients currently using illicit substances
  • Patients who are acutely suicidal
