Sara is an early career clinical psychologist, who has range of experiences in providing intervention for children, adolescents and their families. Prior knowledge and work has led to interest in the areas of attachment, developmental disorders and childhood trauma. Sara is passionate about offering child centred counselling services with an interest in the use of play and creative art therapies.
In addition, Sara’s experienced working with adults in the areas of anxiety, depression, and grief and loss. Sara is trained in multiple therapeutic frameworks, which include; Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behaviour informed Therapy (DBT).
Her main area’s of interest are, but are not limited to, ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Stress, Separation, Behaviour issues, Trauma and Attachment.
