What is telehealth? Telehealth is a consultation conducted by video or via a personal computer between you and your Psychiatrist or Psychologist. The consultation may occur at home, at your Medical Centre or anywhere you are able to connect to the internet.

Obtain a referral from your local GP, the referral can be made out to PSYCH2U Psychiatrists or Psychologists
