Bethany holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology and works with children, adolescents and adults in supporting them overcome a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties, including:

Bethany uses a range of evidence-based therapies in her practice, including cognitive behavioural therapy, schema therapy, eye movement
desensitisation and reprocessing (EMDR), acceptance and commitment therapy, and other mindfulness based therapies.
She Specialises in parent and child attachment and is a recognised Circle of Security therapist. When working with children, Bethany works alongside medical professionals including GP, psychiatrists, paediatricians, as well as other allied health professionals in order to conduct thorough assessments and, where appropriate, implement behavioural management plans.
