Michael graduated from Melbourne University. After a career in General Practice in Victoria and NSW, he transitioned to Psychiatry and achieved a Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists in 2009.
Following
this Michael worked in Community and Inpatient settings in both Public and
Private positions in NSW, as well as in a role as Lecturer in Psychiatry with
UNSW. He then moved to Queensland where he worked in an Acute Inpatient
setting.
Michael
has now returned to practice in Melbourne, where he practices in General Adult Psychiatry
with a particular interest in mood, anxiety (including PTSD) and psychotic
disorders.
Michael
is happy to provide initial assessments and management plans as well as ongoing
management and therapeutic reviews.
