Dr Sandy “Alexander” Seton-Browne is a specialist Child, Adolescent and Youth Psychiatrist who began working in psychiatry in 1985 and has practised as a specialist psychiatrist since 1997. He trained and worked in the United Kingdom before moving to Australia in 2011. Dr Seton-Browne has worked across community, hospital-based, inpatient, outpatient and acute psychiatry settings, and currently provides care via telehealth.
His areas of interest include:
- PTSD and complex PTSD
- Bipolar disorder
- Depression
- Anxiety
- Mood disorders
- Gender-related concerns
Dr Seton-Browne sees young people, generally aged around 13 to 30 years and can undertake:
- Gender-related assessments, diagnostic letters and opinions regarding capacity
Dr Seton-Browne does not see:
- Referrals that are only for ADHD or ASD assessment
- Court work
