Kate is a psychologist and accredited Clinical Neuropsychotherapist. 

She operates from Norfolk Island providing clinical therapy services for adults and children. In addition, Kate provides therapy retreats on Norfolk Island and virtual retreats throughout the year. 

She has 40+ years’ experience in clinical practice along with working in special education, service delivery evaluation with patients suffering chronic mental illness, management of child and family health teams in remote Queensland, community development and mental health promotion in regional NSW, and she has taught Psychology and Health Promotion courses at various universities in NSW and Queensland. 

Kate’s therapy focus is on coaching people to achieve high-level wellness, not just recovery from symptoms, using a mix of therapy models including Positive Psychology and Neuropsychotherapy.

Dr Ali Morse

Ali is passionate about supporting the emotional and social development of individuals. She has extensive experience working with young children,
adolescents, and families.

Ali holds two Bachelor degrees (Education and Science) and a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology. She is a registered Clinical Psychologist and has recently completed her PhD in Medical Studies. Ali has worked as a National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) support provider since 2013 but has chosen to no longer be registered. However, she can work with NDIS participants who are self- or plan-managed. 

Ali is a trained facilitator in the latest Secret Agent Society (SAS) program, which is a social skills program for 8-12 year old children with social and emotional
challenges such as ADHD and autism. 

Ali is skilled at treating a wide range of mental health issues, drawing from therapeutic models including:

• Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) 

• Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

• Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)

• Schema Therapy

Ali has a particular interest in working with individuals who have neurodevelopmental conditions and/or those who are struggling with depression, anxiety, stress, and relationship difficulties. Ali enjoys working with families using a family systems approach. This method considers the family as the client rather than
one individual from the family unit. Family members are invited to participate in finding solutions to the current presenting issue. 

Ali has a special interest in autism across the lifespan (all ages). Ali has specific training and experience in psychological assessment of autism, cognitive abilities, and learning difficulties, as well as challenges with memory, attention, behaviour, social skills, mental health, and wellbeing. 

Ali is always very happy to work collaboratively with medical professionals (GPs, Paediatricians, Psychiatrists), allied health professionals (Occupational Therapists, Speech & Language Pathologists), teachers, and school psychologists to conduct thorough assessments and discuss behaviour management plans.

Dr Rang Rattehalli

Dr Rang Rattehalli is a General Adult Psychiatrist trained in the United Kingdom and moved to Australia in 2015.

He is now working in both public and private sectors. In the public sector, he works as a Senior Psychiatrist at the Mood Disorder Unit of
Queensland Health.

Over the years, he has developed expertise in treating the whole range of disorders affecting one’s mood including depression, anxiety, bipolar and disorders of personality. He has vast experience of using medications and different forms of Therapy in the treatment of all types of psychiatric disorders in adult patients.

Dr Mason trained originally in the UK and during her career has worked as a psychiatrist within the UK, Australia and Canada.

She specialises in Forensic Psychiatry, Emergency Room (ER) Psychiatry and Acute Adult Psychiatry with focus on risk assessment and management and treatment of complex major mental illnesses. Her expertise lies in the treatment and management of psychotic illnesses and major mood disorders. Professor Derrick Silove

Professor Silove is a general adult psychiatrist with expertise in most areas of mental health. 

His special fields of clinical work include stress and anxiety disorders, adjustment disorders and acute life crises and
challenges, especially for seniors, comorbid disorders involving anxiety/depression and somatic disorders, traumatic stress disorders, BPD, OCD,
Schizophrenia, Mood Disorders and Psychosis, migrant and refugee mental health, complex presentations and diagnostic challenges, providing consultancy
advice/second opinions for other health professionals in assessment, formulation and management planning, and shared care case management with GPs
and other mental health professionals.  

He can assess suspected organic brain disorders to determine need for further specialist referral and management.  

He does not see patients with primary drug and alcohol problems, adult ADHD or severe personality disorders.

Dr Michael Peck

Michael graduated from Melbourne University. After a career in General Practice in Victoria and NSW, he transitioned to Psychiatry and achieved a Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists in 2009.

Following this Michael worked in Community and Inpatient settings in both Public and Private positions in NSW, as well as in a role as Lecturer in Psychiatry with UNSW. He then moved to Queensland where he worked in an Acute Inpatient setting.

Michael has now returned to practice in Melbourne, where he practices in General Adult Psychiatry with a particular interest in mood, anxiety (including PTSD) and psychotic disorders.

Michael is happy to provide initial assessments and management plans as well as ongoing management and therapeutic reviews.

Dr Gordon Hyde

Dr Gordon Hyde is a General Adult Psychiatrist and a fellow of Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists. Dr Hyde works as a Staff Specialist at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital at Camperdown and provides inpatient and outpatient services.
