If you need to cancel or re schedule your appointment it’s important that you give us as much notice as possible so that we can try to avoid delays in scheduling with your chosen clinician.
If you give us more than 24 hours’ notice of cancellation, there are no consequences, and we can reschedule your appointment at no extra cost.
