Will is a registered Psychologist who has experience working in both corporate and clinical settings. He is passionate about supporting individuals attain greater mental health and well-being. He supports clients suffering from a range of mental health concerns, including, but not limited to: anxiety, depression, substance abuse, stress, phobias, post-traumatic stress disorder and behaviour problems.

Will used a non-judgemental and pragmatic approach to mental health and wellbeing. Dr Jeremy Cowden

Jeremy is a motivated and innovative psychologist with 23yrs experience in helping people with a range of mental health issues in regional and remote Australia. Jeremy develops personalised interventions, based on the person’s treatment goals using a range of modalities including, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Metacognitive Therapy and Personal Construct Therapy.

Dr Lydia Black

Lydia is a registered Psychologist with a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology and has many years experience working in both private practice and in educational environments. With an interest in:

  • Sport and performance psychology
  • Pregnancy (perinatal) and infant mental health
  • Depression and anxiety in adults, adolescents and children

She has been trained in family therapy has a Masters in School Counselling and a Masters in Gestalt Therapy.
